Engine Assembly and Testing
Every HM GEM engine is assembled by trained engine builders, using the latest equipment and techniques available in the industry. The engine building section is located in a quarantined area well away from the cleaning and machining sections to ensure no cross contamination can occur.
Engine Assembly
HM GEM reconditioned engines are built by specialist teams trained in a select group of engine models, this allows them to have an intimate knowledge of the engine and the possible problems that may arise during the assembly process. Thorough cleaning of components and final checks on parts compatibility are completed before assembly begins.

Engine Testing
On completion of the assembly process engines are sent to the testing area, were they are set on to specialized testing rigs that monitor oil and water pressure. Engine oil and water leaks can also be identified at this point and repaired.
Warehousing and Distribution
Finally engines are fitted into specifically designed transport stands, the fitting gaskets are included and the engine is shrink-wrapped for warehousing. HM GEM's Australian stock penetration can not be rivaled with 16 stock locations and a Line haul truck servicing our major distribution warehouses located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
